By accessing or using Nudes.Tools you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.

User responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and the generations you create using Nudes.Tools. You must ensure that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

By using the service you confirm that you have obtained all necessary rights and consents for any images you upload, and that the resulting generations will not be used to harm, harass, deceive, or exploit any person.

Ethical use

You agree to use Nudes.Tools ethically and responsibly. The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Creating content involving minors in any capacity
• Generating non-consensual content of real individuals
• Producing content intended to harass, blackmail, or threaten others
• Creating deepfakes or misleading media intended to deceive
• Any use that violates local, national, or international law

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms or used the service in a manner that is harmful, abusive, or otherwise unacceptable. Any remaining credit balance will be forfeited upon termination for policy violations.

No guarantees

Nudes.Tools is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific output quality, or that the service will meet every expectation. Generations are automatically deleted within 7 days — we are not responsible for content you fail to download before deletion.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
