Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 20, 2026
Your privacy is the priority
At Nudes.Tools we treat every upload and every generation as strictly private and confidential. Your content is yours. We do not sell it, we do not share it, we do not use it to train models, and we do not display it anywhere outside your own account.
What we store
To run the service we need to store a small amount of data associated with your account:
- Your email address (for login)
- Your credit balance and transaction history
- The images you upload to generate content
- The generations produced from those uploads
All of this is held in an encrypted database and is only accessible by your own authenticated session.
Automatic deletion within 7 days
Every upload and every generation is automatically and permanently deleted within 7 days of being created. This happens whether or not you download them first. There is no long-term archive, no backup retention beyond the 7-day window, and no way for us (or anyone else) to recover a generation after it has been deleted.
If you want to keep a generation, download it to your own device before the 7 days are up.
No third-party sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your content with any third party for advertising, analytics, or any other purpose. The only parties that ever touch your content are the infrastructure providers strictly necessary to run the service (hosting, storage, and the AI inference backend), and they are contractually bound to treat it with the same confidentiality.
Your rights
You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Doing so permanently erases your profile, your remaining credit balance, and any generations still within the 7-day window.
Analytics
We record first-party usage events (page visits, popup impressions, button clicks, sign-ups, payment status) so we can improve the product. Events stay on our own infrastructure and are never shared with third-party analytics vendors. IP addresses are stored as a one-way hash, never raw. Event properties never include passwords, message content, or other user-supplied content.
